I caught the The Proof episode this morning…absolutely riveted! I’m an unapologetic generalist that nevertheless values the experience & expertise highly trained committed specialists bring to the table. The episode provided a wealth of food for thought and experts to follow for more insights. Appreciated the book suggestions and myriad opportunities for reflection. By the end… reevaluating and fine tuning my own definition of purpose in life…and how best to support efforts to help people …help more people … change the destructive path agri-food giants and pharma have brought us all to. Looking forward to your future YouTube content as I take in your current content library …and don’t mind waiting at all. Thanks!

First of all I want to say,- thank you so much for all your work on this channel,Chris!! 🙏 I have SO much respect for your dedication and your hard work! I shouldn’t take up your time asking this,so in advance,- please excuse both my question and my English! I didn’t know where to ask this..silly (it may sound silly to ask here) question, but I noticed a dog in some of your videos,Chris! I’m a young woman who been battling severe illnesses all my life, and I can’t have children and I live in the middle of the Scandinavian woods, alone 🙃🌲 So.. I have dogs. I’m a woman of science, and I haven’t had an easy life, but I never questioned my ability to….exercise my brain. Thank goodness, I’m not stupid! That all crumbled when I read “The China Study” last year. I felt stupid (and a ton of other emotions)! The good side effect was of course I’m now eating a whole food plant based diet! But.. since I’ve chosen to live with dogs, I now wonder if all my knowledge of their diet is wrong as well.. This two get more grains(!) than any other dogs I’ve had, and they don’t get raw meat anymore (not true, because they eat whole mice and they get some moose and other organ meat in fall, when people hunt here). But in everyday life, I stepped away from the raw diet for dogs, and I now have older and completely healthy dogs. I blamed the genetics (that’s a field, along side ethology I’m comfortable with 🔬👩🏻🔬) So.. I was wondering if you could recommend something 😅 Because all the veterinarian nutritionists I know (some of them I consider my close friends) eat 💩 themselves and most have their dogs on American (veterinarian) kibble. In the name of science,- how would you tackle this? Where should

I'll watch it. I like your work that I only got to know recently. The women in your shows are awesome too, I really have fun and learn with your wife (sorry, don't remember her name) and Michelle. Keep the work, it's really important in times of so much shit on internet. I have learned on your shows the basics to analyse a lot of stuff because the way you do it, conversational and full of content, not trying to convince but showing the process of questioning and looking for the answers. Cheers. Thank you. São Paulo, Brasil, 28/august/2023 - 14h50 (-3GMT).

I love your videos. You are so good at digging up the truth. So with that can I ask your opinion on the PURE study? If I'm understanding it it says high carb diets cause higher all cause mortality. And high fat and even saturated fat don't cause heart disease. I'm not a scientist so was hoping for your opinion on the study. Thank you and keep up the excellent work. I tell everyone about your videos.

Viva Longevity!
@TheProofWithSimonHill caught me completely by surprise with the provocative questions he asked, and as I heard myself saying things I never had in public, I kept wondering what was this interviewing sorcery that he possesses? Did he slip me a non-inhibition drug in the tea he offered me?
