I worked at walgreens as a teenager. A 75-year-old man who was a regular and would buy vitamins and protein powder came in one day with a huge scab on his face. After talking to him, he was riding his bike at 1am and flipped over his handle bars. Another 75 year old flips over handle bars and they're in rehab after surgery. My fitness goal is to be like that old man I met at walgreens. He told me he did 6 hours of cardio a week, alternating between swimming and biking. That was his whole routine. Never seen a septegenarian exclusively wear muscle shirts before 😂

Among other things, training apparently provokes the release of some kind of internal drugs. If I don't work out in the morning and get a dose, I don't feel very well all day.
