Thank you for your videos. I have only completed two so far. Both times when we were just turning our heads to the right and stretching, I don't know why, but the flood gates opened wide. I have had multiple previous traumas that have been processed, but I am currently in the middle of divorcing a physically and psychologically abusive husband. It has been very hard. Thank you for your willingness to teach trauma sensitive yoga it is helping me unlock all my emotions I am trying to hide from my children. The yoga is allowing me to process them when my children are not around.

Hi Hannah! I've only recently started getting into trauma informed yoga and with the first video, I was already feeling things releasing that I didn't even realize I was still holding on to. Mind blown. Thank you for your efforts and time!! πŸ₯°

Hi Hannah! First off, thank you for your channel. I just found you and already feel like I am in the right place. The hip release video had me in tears for about an hour - holy cow! I would like to know if releasing this stored trauma means I am also healing myself and getting "rid" of it. I hope that makes sense! Alsk, moat importantly, I am VERY SQUIRMY in my hip/groin area. What does this mean exactly? Is this because I have a lot of stored trauma? Thank yoy in advance! πŸ™πŸ»

Hi Hannah! When recovering from trauma symptoms and dissociation, is it normal to feel like I need to run away sometimes during my yoga practice? Sometimes it just feels so uncomfortable to sit with my body. If this is normal, what can I do to make it less uncomfortable as I learn to reconnect with my body? Thank you so much!

I just started practicing, and it works! I’m feeling the sensations come up and feeling my feelings. I was recommended to you by Jordan Hardgrave (another YouTuber who talks about trauma, anxiety, etc.) Thank you for your work! <33333

Hi! I just tried your self love after-trauma yoga video. While I was trying out the pose I could feel my body respond to me. Like it felt that it spoke to me and told me about how it's hurting. I am not experiencing any physical pain, but it felt like those body parts were asking for help and saying they have been hurt. Is that really true or am I just overthinking this? πŸ™ˆ Thank you for your work πŸ’—

Hi Hannah, thank you for all you do! Your channel is so inviting and you explain everything so well. I am new to Yoga, should we be doing different lessons everyday, is it okay to repeat a lessons a few times?

How do you know that it’s trauma stored in the body or just tight muscles? I have c-ptsd and have always struggled with tight shoulders, neck and hips. I have gained some flexibility over time with yoga and stretching but will say I have noticed that in the past I’ve only been able to go so far with those gains. Being in therapy these last couple years I have noticed I have seen the tightness release more than it ever has, although I still have a long ways to go. So does that tightness come from trauma and if so does that mean it will still linger until releasing the trauma? Curious as to how that all works.
