Have you fallen and landed on your shoulder? Get an x-ray and see what happened. Did you break your arm? If you have a non-displaced humerus fracture or if you fractured your humerus and had surgery, this series could be a great way to rehab your shoulder. Make sure you are, also, checking in with your physical therapist or medical doctor to see that you are hitting your healing milestones along the way.
After the 13 week program (Could take longer than that), it is imperative that you continue with shoulder strengthening, stretching and self massage videos to get you to pre-injury status or, even, beyond. Here is a playlist with an expanded program for continued exercises:

If you find you're range of motion has plateaued, get some Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) to break up adhesions, bring in more blood to the area and promote healing of the soft tissue. Also, if you are being x-rayed and the fracture is not healed by 6 weeks, ESWT shows very good success with fracture non-unions.
