All projects for Tales of Legendia are complete. It's in the air on what game I focus next, but I'm overall satisfied that I finally stuck to something and saw it to completion. A few times I was about to swap around.
Anyway, hope the Legendia fans enjoyed the ride. I don't have much else to add right now. I'm doing alright on my end though, thanks for your time.
Next is finishing Chloe (currently in Arc 3), which fulfills a viewer request as well. Then Legendia is wrapped up with a party run. I am aiming for completion of both remaining projects by the end of the weekend. Thank you for your time.
I pushed myself early this morning to wrap up the remaining 21 bosses and got the project completed. I cannot remember why I started focusing Legendia lately, but I found out midway through Jay it's the 20th anniversary so the timing worked out. For Legendia and Senel fans this one is for you.
I do not know when the next project will release. I mentioned before that I've been burnt out on Tales for a long time and pushing well past my limits. This isn't a situation that a hiatus would fix, if anything, it would potentially be the end of the channel if I were to stop now. I'll continue chipping away as I can until I have a boss collection to release.
All two Moses fans can be glad to know his project is at the end of Arc 1. I didn't forget about the Chloe request either, but she was inevitable. She is currently at the same spot as Moses. Then I'll finish Legendia with a party run, but that one will be quick to complete.
I'll start off saying f' Windows 11. Not sure if any of ya'll got caught up with one of those recent KBs that's causing issues with SSDs. Seems every update screws something up on this computer. Explorer barely functions, etc. Now my damn controller decided it wants to start disconnecting while I'm recording. It made the final stretch of recording Jay a pain.
Speaking of, the Jay boss collection has been released. Attached in the post. I imagine there are a few Legendia fans lingering the community still, but someone out there likes Jay. While this was an inevitable project, it's nice to put closure to ideas and concepts Vercsase and I were trying to figure out about 14 years ago.
Someone asked for my thoughts about the Xillia remaster. I said most of it on twitter but to sum it up.
+ Getting Xillia out of PS3 jail + Some motion for the series - No significant additions. Another chance lost to fix the original rushed status of the game. - Not combined with Xillia 2. (Would be acceptable if Xillia had more content added. Artes, boss(es), etc) - Releasing the day after DQ HD-2D 1 AND 2 COMBINED. Sending that game to perish on release in JPN
You look at Trails and other RPG series and then look back at Tales. Yeah. Glad to see a lot of the community is realizing what time it is. Tales deserves better than Namco. 15 years I've been hearing "Be patient, be grateful for what we get." Time is really a flat circle. You'd think some folks have stock in Bandai. "But think about the shareholders!" "A company has to make money!"
Vesperia and Graces F set a nice standard for how enhanced titles should work. Xillia does not do so. Either way, I'll buy it to support but I'm not particularly interested in playing it again.
You're asked to spend money on a product but cannot levy criticism for said product. Incredible. Though, the Sky remake is a good chance for me to get back into Trails, so I look forward to that release.
Past that, coming off of recording Dawn and Legendia I'm ready to take a "break" in the sense of switching to some projects that I can turn my brain off. Maybe it's time to do the "final" Guy, Yuri, or something in that lane. We shall see in the days to come.

Right now I'm uploading when I find the energy and time to do so but if there are gaps between uploads you understand why. Apologies for the grammar, it's going on 3 am and I'm just going to type. I may cover this in a video soon.
The hiatus is more about me getting things in order, but I am still present and available to answer questions as I can or continue being around for folks who need me.
Some of you may remember the few health issues and at one point "crisis" that happened earlier in the year. Back in March I had an episode randomly that got bad and I thought I was on my way out. Figured I was having a heart attack and accepted my fate. Come to find out, what I thought were some underlying heart issues or so was stress whooping my ass. I didn't realize how much I was bottling up and my primary doc leveled with me and said I needed to decompress.
I was working a good job that turned very stressful due to the whole meme dog nonsense. You know the usual logic of finding a new job before bouncing from your current eventually did not work out. I threw a hail mary and bounced with some savings. I had to get up out of there with a quickness.
About two weeks prior to leaving I had a death in the family trailing right after another. Essentially back to back. I hate funerals but it was a hell of a wake-up call seeing I was or am one of the last young men on my mother's side. Everyone else is old or gone at this point. Something about that revelation has bothered me though I can't quite figure out why it bothers me.
Fortunately, I was able to find a new gig quickly since I did most of the stressful job hunting and interviewing over the months leading up to me quitting.
One of my best friends is completely awol. It's been a year since I last heard from them and I think trying to suppress my concern, worry, frustration, and all of it took or is taking a toll. I won't put their business out there but I often lay awake at night wondering if or how I failed them. Though I know it's all in my head, those thoughts are hard to stave off. They were and are going through hell and it's tearing me up knowing I can't do much for them since they're completely off the grid. It has me all f'd up honestly.
You grow older and gain all this conventional wisdom and emotional maturity and it often feels like a weight I don't feel I can hold at times. Yet, you can't really go backwards either. Back in the day I could lash out like a fool and think I'm good. Today, all I can do is sit and understand how or why people do the things they do. It's impossible to smudge the lens when you have clarity and I didn't realize how heavy it can all be. Yet, that's the process and I can't go back and move like I used to. I don't even want to.
What's this have to do with the channel or Tales? I kept pushing and recording throughout all of this nonetheless. It often bugs me that Tales isn't "popping" in a way I feel it should and I really want to see this series do well. Sometimes I think of pulling the trigger on doing the content I know would probably put me in reaches to try to get some change going. Or it's all delusion but I've found out through all my of failures what didn't work. I don't think I'll stop anytime soon with showing appreciation for the series. Kind of all it feels like. I'm burnt out honestly, but I keep going. I think back when I wanted to be the best, try to make some pocket change, maybe get on with BN, and so on and none of it matters. I just love the series brehs.
All in the all I rarely if ever talk about myself this deeply. Felt I needed to get it out since I've feel all jacked up for the last year and a half. I thought I was good until I wasn't so take care of yourselves and really check in with yourself as often as you can. As usual, I appreciate your time.
Today is a double Boss Collection drop with Marta and Lloyd (ToS2). I'm surprised so many people wanted to see this game. I was in the middle of recording Richter today and I saw Lloyd had people think I was going to do the rest of the Symphonia cast. I had no intention of doing so but I went ahead and refreshed myself on why the Symphonia cast is so terrible, then decided to add them to the list. Feel free to check out Marta and Lloyd when you get time.
Second, I'll be focusing on finishing up the Dawn solos before I move onto the next game. Like I mentioned in the last post, I wasn't satisfied with my output speed so I'm sharpening my discipline to increase my recording. Though I am careful to make sure my quality does not take a hit. Considering the volume of videos and time in the game I should be in the "fall off" period, but I'm pushing through strong to maintain the Tales quality you're used to. Not trying to be the washed OG.
Beyond that, I'm considering doing some streams in the future and may go ahead and get a webcam for it. Long overdue to put a face to the name but I'll try to remember whenever the next stream comes up.

A friend told me they have to check the channel at times since Youtube does not notify people of releases. This isn't particularly new to Youtube, nor do I care. I figure you'll get to it when you can so I appreciate your time keeping up with this increased pace. On the flip side a number of people dipped but I have the mentality that people are free to come and go as they please. Seen many cases in my time here. Ya'll know when it's time to watch Tales where to be so I'll continue getting these playlist completed as soon as I can.
I am currently uploading projects by arc per game. The current projects are from Zestiria's second arc. From there I'll switch around depending on where my interest are. My decisions do have some influence from the request a lot of you made in "The Choice is Yours," but do not hesitate to ask the status of any projects you're interested in seeing.
Next, I have to revisit Abyss for what is probably the 6th+ time. My current projects are from 2023 and have audio issues I do not like. I believe I recorded those when I was either in Baltimore or the United Kingdom on a gaming laptop. There was some audio setting on by default that gave some weird echo effect. I had this gnawing irritation in the back of my head about it so to alleviate that I'll redo the projects.
On that subject, I have to redo Arise too. I initially went with the projects recorded in 2023 when Beyond the Dawn released but I have the capability to record slightly higher quality. I did not want to go through that game again. At this point I do not feel strongly one way or the other about my work. These projects simply need to get done so I'll do it.
That is to say I have a strong desire, probably an obsession to provide the highest quality Tales content I can to the viewers. I do not like sloppy content so if I have to redo a project I will.
I did some calculations the other day based on the current upload schedule and the amount of bosses I have to record in total. I stopped counting once I got to 2500+ since I already know it confirms I'll be here for years to come. Though, there will be times I silently upload a ton of videos as I see fit.
Lastly, I'm not one to do call to actions regarding liking, commenting, etc. I give room for viewers to interact with the content as they want. Not every character or game is popular, something I've long understood, but I also want to make sure those fans of irrelevant characters or games get some shine too. I keep hearing talk of Youtube changes to the algorithm, smaller channels chiming death knells, and so forth. It's all noise to me. The point I'm making is that the mission doesn't end over here so I'll keep uploading until I finish what I started. The highs and lows of the Youtube game doesn't impact that. I'm certain as one of the first to push this Tales stuff I'll be the one to turn off the lights as the last one to leave. Stick with me until then and thanks for your time as always. S/O to Holystarr
