For the past 20 years, associated with Art of Living under the guidance of my guru Sri Sri Ravishankar guruji, teaching various programs of Art of Living.
In the field of Yoga , Ayush YCB examiner for all levels, Govt of India PMKVY RPL Yoga Teacher & have trained & certified about 2000 yoga teachers.
Formely completed Msc Yoga
Was an IT engineer in Oracle for 18 years, then retired from corporate IT job and doing what all I really wanted to do. Currently contributing to the growth of Art of Living as full time sevak, and pursing my inner growth.
Happily married, living in Bangalore, India.
