Alzheimer’s Disease Association of Lesotho (ADAL) is the first national non-profit organization dedicated to dementia and Alzheimer’s care, support, and advocacy in Lesotho.

Our Mission is to raise awareness, accelerate early detection, reduce risk, and provide quality care and support for people living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias and for their families and caregivers across the country.

Through education, community outreach, and partnerships with health professionals, government, and civil society, ADAL works to break the stigma of dementia and ensure that every Basotho family has access to compassionate information and services.
