Here’s my story! Gratitude changed my life in a way that I could never come back from. Nowadays, it’s becoming common knowledge that gratitude is one of the highest vibe emotions!
I have lots of magic stories that come from gratitude too. If you’re interested in that, I’d be happy to share them, too! ✨
Gratitude has helped pull me out of some of the darkest pits of my life (disclaimer: you must feel the ‘negative’ feelings alongside it AS WELL AS practicing the gratitude. It’s not ‘either or’ it’s ’yes, and…’). I’ve actually always said that when it is the hardest to think of something to be grateful for, that’s EXACTLY when you need it the most.
Write 3 things you’re grateful for today. Tell someone what you love about them, or what they did that meant a lot to you. Look at the sky or a tree and really SEE it for what it is.

I've been taking some time away from posting and sharing here and on Patreon. I've been trying to figure out my relationship with social media and if it's the way I want to go...

The pressure to post consistently is something I don't vibe with and don't have the energy for while I navigate other internal things (and work for a living). Getting sucked into validation and views, when my main goal is to express authentically and share my gifts... it's a constant tension and battle. I feel now more than ever, that I care less than I ever have about how I am perceived (though this is a constant work in progress) ... yet, I share to be seen.

It seems that clickbait takes over. People make wild claims in their titles and thumbnails.. and I've done the same too! Because, unfortunately, if you don't do that, your content gets swept up in the sea of the piles and piles of content out there.

These all-or-nothing words and sentences... clickbaiting... making things look visually pleasing all the fcking time... it doesn't sit right with me. Our overall inability to sit with someone and listen while they make natural pauses in speech.. or don't get straight to the point because they are discovering it as they go... because of short form content and dopamine addiction. It feels wrong. It feels unsettling. It makes me really, really sad.

I don't know where I'll go from here. I don't think I'm finished with this, but I do need more time to feel good about what I'm doing and bringing into creation to share.
