Important my last many years has been learning to slip into states of flow, losing my smaller self into an expanse, a union with something larger. Through movement/ dance, breath, meditation, in beauty through photography.
Lately, I've felt a push to put some pieces of who I am here -- stories , a moment of beauty, frustration, philosophy -- in order to see if I can find that state of union with humanity also, as John Donne writes above.
