Program details-
1. Program will have diet and exercises both.
2. Diet will be customised based on your goals , medical condition and preferences.
3. Diet is going to be quantified so you need kitchen weighing scale.
4. Exercises will be shared as weekly charts with videos attached. I will also ask for clips from you for exercises form check when needed
5. Weekly follow up review calls will be planned for progress check and required changes will be made in plan.
