Illinois Practical Karate is owned and operated by internationally recognized practical karate instructor, Noah Legel, and teaches karate as a realistic fighting system for self-defense. Noah Legel Sensei has been teaching martial arts since 2007, holding rank in Shorin-Ryu karate, KishimotoDi, Shuri-Ryu karate, and Judo. Additionally, he has cross-trained in a wide array of other martial arts, as well as law enforcement and military combative systems, and fought in karate, grappling, and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition. All of this experience is brought together to create a comprehensive, practical approach to training in karate as a self-defense art.
