This is a channel I had envisioned before I even performed my first deal. I'm a hands on learner, and I was looking for more hands on videos. There is a massive amount of amazing, FREE content on YouTube. But most of it is from someone sitting in their office talking about it.

I walk anywhere from 5-15 properties a week all over West Tennessee. I see a lot of different things. Different houses, different people, and a lot of crazy stories.

This Channel will provide you with that hands on experience. Role Plays between wholesalers and sellers. Cold Calls with buyers and sellers. Everything that you may feel nervous about, I want to show you that its really not as bad as you think it is.
