So one of the requests I got was for an hourglass b0dy, and although I'd love to make an affirmation tape for that, unfortunately YouTube might flag it for potentially promoting EDs. If you hear little faint whispers in the back of my affirmation tapes, it's just because sometimes I put the same exact audio at 1% volume for the extra subliminal effect ✨ to make it a supraliminal. Sometimes I forget to do it, but sometimes I remember to do it. So some of my tapes are just regular, while some are supraliminals. Just depends if I remember to put the affs at 1% volume in the background lol.

I am gonna make more tapes with affs like "my body knows..." And "every cell in my body..." because that stuff HITS exactly where I need it to. Recently I realized, "wait, WHO or WHAT are we affirming to?" Ya know? And it makes sense that we are affirming to our body. Ideally we want our BODIES to be capturing all these positive affirmations, instead of just affirming without any direction of where we want those affs to go. I can FEEL it when I affirm TO my body rather than to the air or whatever the frick I am usually affirming to lol. I can feel the desire grounding and settling in my body if that makes sense. Gonna be experimenting with this concept some more with the tapes I make.
