If you hear little faint whispers in the back of my affirmation tapes, it's just because sometimes I put the same exact audio at 1% volume for the extra subliminal effect ✨ to make it a supraliminal. Sometimes I forget to do it, but sometimes I remember to do it. So some of my tapes are just regular, while some are supraliminals. Just depends if I remember to put the affs at 1% volume in the background lol.
