I once had a stressful job as the archivist/librarian at a museum in Chicago that centers on television and radio history. While I was there I created DVDs of old commercials for visiting school groups, documentaries for patrons who ultimately decided not to purchase them, Chicago-centered programming for on-site screenings, etc. I'm a firm believer in archival access, so when I was fired from this museum in September 2014 I decided to share what I'd already dubbed along with some things from my personal collection.
