Sunshine Yoga is a style I have created over 60 years of practice and 40 years of teaching. It is slow, gentle, flowing yoga, adding breath through out the postures and movements. Breath is a major focus in my style of yoga, as is releasing tension and building strength on soft muscles. Holding postures and using breath to relax and release tension from muscles, joints and tissue, I find this system of yoga maintains flexibility and strength.
I have proven that health and wellness is more profound with slow and gentle practices and my amazing life's journey continues with strength, flexibility and especially appreciation for all that I have become.
