Public Access Producers Association (PAPA) is a grassroots membership organization which supports and advocates for Public Access Television in Richmond, Virginia, surrounding counties and the public in general.
Through this page we encourage the participation of anyone with an interest in promoting free speech via public access television. We hope to share information that will be mutually beneficial to producers and provide a forum for general discussion as related to public access television production.
We believe that it is important for all of us to treat each other with consideration and respect. The behaviors demonstrated on this forum should reflect an attitude of respect and dignity for all. We reserve the right to remove content and/or persons violating these principles.
