Hey friends! Currently I am preparing some new animation style for this channel so things will look a bit more fresh :) And I was wondering where would you like to have the breathing animation? In the middle of the video like it used to be? Or.. would you prefer it up in the corner? ..so you can enjoy the landscapes in the videos better. Let me know!

Hello dear friends!

In the last couple of weeks I have received a few comments which suggest that some of you may get interrupted during the sessions by ads. First of all I am very sorry to hear that. This naturally makes the videos useless and can be very frustrating. I make sure that with every single video I only allow them at the very beginning and the very end of the session to make sure it does not interrupt your sessions. Unfortuntately YouTube does not seem to care sometimes.

Also.. I have immediately disabled the new YouTube feature which can automatically insert ads into videos to increase earnings. While these videos do take up a lot of my time every single day to create, upload and organize I do not prioritize ads and making money from this especially at the cost of the quality of your sessions.

I will look into this and try to minimize the ads shown during the sessions every way possible.

Thank you for your understanding.

Ever wondered why it’s so hard to pick up that guitar? Write those chords? Write the first paragraph? Paint that picture? Start that business? Even though those might be very pleasurable activities to us which we claim to love.. we still tend to procrastinate with them, delaying or even destroying our progress due to fear of success. We love a certain thing so much that we are afraid to fail and it is easier to just avoid taking action, because that’s the only way to avoid failure. Observing the things and activities where we experience the most resistance is a great way to tell what our true calling in life really is.

Hey friends!

This time I have another special session for you! It features 3 rounds and has an increasing number of breaths each round—it starts with 30, goes to 40 and ends with 50 breaths in the last round :) The pace also increases. It starts with a slow pace, followed by normal pace and ending with the fast pace. The session can be quite intense and is perhaps suited for more experienced people practicing breathwork.

Feel free to give it a try here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AN4dC...

Hey friends!

For everybody who is busy in the morning and still wants to squeeze in some breathwork I created a quick but effective 10-minute session. It features 3 rounds and goes up to a 2-minute breath hold. A new feature of this particular version is the increasing breathing pace. The session starts with a normal pace and increases in speed each round. In the future I will create many more versions with an increasing pace for you—so stay tuned :)

Without honesty we get tangled up in a web of lies that start small and over time if we are not careful, grow into bigger lies that have a serious impact on our lives. Under the pressure of keeping up with the lies and stories we get driven by our ego, get anxious about being exposed and we lose respect for ourselves. When we live like this other people can also tell that something is off and we lose their respect as well. A lack of honesty is also the biggest reason why it seems that we just can’t break our old behavioral patterns. Start your new chapter with being honest to yourself and others.

The story we keep telling ourselves everyday has an impact on every aspect of our lives. When we keep telling ourselves something negative, that we will never achieve something, never get promoted, never be happy, never have a successful relationship, never lose weight.. we don’t do anything good with that. Just like a bad real-life event, our bad and negative thoughts drain us of our good spirit, steal our energy and cause us anxiety. We simply cannot function properly in that state, we cannot work on ourselves when we feel like that. So naturally, we fail at the things we try and the negative story we kept telling ourselves becomes reality. But the good news is that the same is true for when we keep telling ourselves a positive and encouraging story, that we are capable, worthy and will be successful. Positive thoughts do the complete opposite, they charge us with positive emotions and give us enough energy for our tasks. Staying positive is perhaps the most important thing when dealing with adversity and setbacks in our life. By simply staying positive for long enough and working through the bad times and challenges, our life will turn around and the positive story we kept telling ourselves will also become reality.

Staying inside our comfort zone is something that only gets worse over time. If we never act upon it, it becomes so comfortable that we might just miss our entire life. But it comes with a price—looking back at the years and realizing how much of life we actually never lived. The best time to step out of our comfort zone is not “tomorrow” or “when we will feel like it” or “motivated enough”. The best time is always now. With each tiny step out of the comfort zone we become more courageous and comfortable with the discomfort it brings. If we stick with this and power through fear, then sooner or later stepping out of our comfort zone starts to fill us with excitement and adrenaline instead of fear and anxiety. This is anything but easy to do, but also the only way to truly experience life and everything it has to offer.

I know that I post a lot of motivational and inspirational content here in the form of short quotes and texts that I write in my spare time. I live my life by some of these lessons that I share and others have nothing to do with the way I live at all. Please be aware that these are just meant to be reminders, something to trigger your thoughts. I know that a lot of “influencers” share these types of things and we feel bombarded with all of the “toxic productivity” and “self-improvement” content all the time, that we forget our life can also be beautiful when we are completely average. And that's the problem these days, being average is looked down upon. Being productive and wanting more of everything is not an inherently bad thing, but it becomes a bad thing when it is pushed on us from society, when it is not what we really want. We should always pursue the things we desire the most—if that’s a life full of success and achievement so be it.. and if that’s a normal everyday life in “mediocrity” then so be it as well. What I am simply trying to share here is that please live your life in a way that you and you alone think is best for you and the people you care about. The toxic content we find online today is created by people who don’t even know us nor have the smallest clue or care about our inner world. So, if you feel overwhelmed with all the different information on the internet and what you should be doing with your life—just take a deep breath and relax. You are not the only one who feels like this. It is smart to learn and absorb knowledge that is found on the internet, but please be aware that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being “mediocre” or “normal” if that’s what you desire.

Some people are smart enough to learn from the mistakes of others, yet some think they can only learn from their own experience. While it might be true that the biggest lessons come from personal experience, it is also a way to needlessly waste our most precious resource—time. Every mistake you could possibly make as an individual has already been made, so spend time with people who are in a place you want to be in life and learn from them. A great way to learn from the mistakes of others is also reading good books and listening to podcasts with interesting guests in our spare time.
