I miss my mother so much she was a wonderful lady
I survived almost 15 years without her, and moved on from her abusive family and tried to break me and failed miserably

Back to the lab after my san antonio show where I got a 2nd and 5th place finish in men's natural bodybuilding.
Continuing to maintain my 95/5
I'm training my mind to be stronger than anyone's opinion 💪
And proud of myself nobody can take that away from me.

I surpassed what I thought was possible I'm a gorgeous 98/2 and nobody can take that away from me.
All my own without coaches or their commentary

My body was never the problem it was societal narcissism and its superiority complexes that were the problem. My younger self is beaming from a lifetime of body shaming, and bulimia as a result of the bullying I endured to a bodybuilding stage. They were delulu enough to think their cruel words would stop me, they need to think again ha!!!
Like my mother would say Don't hate because I'm beautiful

To all of my former coaches and everyone back in los angeles who tried to tear me down. You all know who you are

Just don't give up , whatever you do don't give up there is a reason why goal is placed in both your head and heart.

And don't let any of those Marjorie Taylor Greene look a like horse faces tell you that you can't do something.

I was ostracized by the bodybuilding community that lead me to giving up on competing for over 2 years. The past 2 years were filled so many challenges, but a fire 🔥 that was dormant was woken up.

After walking away from my last coach due to their insensitive comments, body shaming, and lack of support, I decided to forge my own path.

Competing for me is not about placing even though that 3rd place finish was a cherry on top. It was about showing myself that I'm worth the effort, and I deserve to feel good about myself. Each show is just a stepping stone so with that mindset it makes competing enjoyable, it's showing myself that getting better each and every time is not a destination, but a journey. Excited on the path that I'm on. While others are busy judging and talking about others and gossiping I'm busy chasing my dreams and improving myself that's my ticket to happiness.
I'm a cycle breaker and it ends with me. People are entitled to their opinions, but I'm equally just as entitled to ignore them.
