I am a food connoisseur who has unbounded love and respect for cooking with simple and healthy ingredients the traditional way. If there’s one thing I love the most – other than my recipes, it’s my earthen pots and traditional cooking vessels which make the food burst with flavor unlike any other seasoning out there.
As the daughter of a police officer in power, I've traveled around to almost every district in Tamil Nadu and tasted the cuisine that each district had to offer. Being married to an IT professional, I've not only traveled to different parts of the country such as Pune and Hyderabad but also spent a portion of my life abroad in Canada as well as The States, soaking in whatever heritage and culture I could find in the foods.
