I created my channel to give you as much information on food, travel, cooking, where to eat, restaurant reviews, food reviews, places to go , bar food, Places to visit and anything to do with hospitality using 45 years of my experience to share my knowledge. This channel is based on my experience as a freelance agency chef.
Cooking is a passion and visiting other countries to see how different food and tastes are prepared is what I enjoy doing best. Thailand street food, Kenyan food, British food, Indian food, Asian food, Moroccan tagine are all but a few of the many countries I visit. Nightlife, Culture, Beaches, music are just some of the outside influences I cover as they play a big part in the process of creating a great food experience. lets be fair, eating on your own in a closed room with bare walls does not make an exciting experience.
Sharing my experience and seeing others succeed is a reward within itself.
