A place where everything related to musicians' health is discussed! I'm a collaborator to Nahre Sol's channel as a health consultant (osteopath, D.O. Can). The principles taught here an be applied to every family of instrument, but I will try my best to have something more specific for every one of them at some point. My music background is mostly in piano (undergraduate degree at Montreal's University) but I've also played a decent amount of violin (still do), and sing at my local church.
