Mindfulness is about paying kind, curious attention — to the world inside and out.
Art is where I get to express what words can’t — not to make something perfect, but because making itself matters.
Gratitude and Joy sneak up when I slow down enough to notice the small stuff.
Imagination lets me tend the past, dream the future, and shape the now.
Creativity? It’s everywhere — in how we live, how we love, how we make the ordinary a little more magical.
