Welcome to Sophie Lavers Yoga, the place for good health and positive energy through movement. Having been a dancer for many years, as well as a yoga-lover and teacher, and a fitness trainer, I know the power and importance of movement to live a healthy and happy life.
I love creating yoga, pilates and fitness classes for people around the world. So please jump on in and enjoy one - whether you need something energising, joyous, restorative, strength or flexibility-focused, or moving to simply enjoy flowing, breathing and feeling alive.

It’s been so nice connecting with people from around the world again. Thanks for the messages and comments, you make my heart happy 💛
Just a quick note to let you know that at this stage I’ll be sharing one to two classes per week. Hopefully down the track I can commit to two, but for now it is what it is!
This week you can look forward to a lovely 15 min Gentle Yoga Stretch (Tuesday) and 20 min Morning Yoga Session (Saturday).

Hello my yoga friends,
With sadness, I’m letting you know this week’s classes will be the final ones on the channel for a while.
I’m moving closer to the ocean with my family, and with this move, I want to be present in our new chapter, living life with a fun and adventurous spirit.
I hope to bring you more movement practices on the channel in future, but for now I am allowing myself to follow my intuition and commit to the flow of the journey.
Please enjoy this week’s classes, which will be a 20 min Pilates Flow (Wednesday) and a 35 min Full Body Dancer Stretch (Saturday).
The channel will remain open for you to enjoy the library of classes, so please stretch, flow and workout with me whenever you like!
