Founded in 2024 as a homage to the classic Gothenburg sound, Swedish Primal State from Malmö enters the Melodeath scene to recreate a modernized impression of the late 90’s golden metal era. The band delivers harmonic melodies and fast galloping riffs in staccato-like fashion with a pinch of guitar solos and heavy breakdowns - a classic concoction for Melodic Death Metal. Influenced by bands, such as In Flames, At the Gates, and Arch Enemy, Primal State has just released their third single 'Avalanche'.
