I, Partho Banerjee, love to EAT.
Over the past 2 decades, my multiple jobs with international luxury cruise liners have made me crisscross our planet, where I got an opportunity to TASTE global cuisines. Food became my souvenir wherever I went, and since it would be a shame not to relive those happy memories – I COOK.
I am not a professional Chef – just a committed foodie who loved hovering around the kitchen even while in diapers. I spent much of my turbulent teen and roller-coaster youth collecting tastes – experimenting with the unusual in our palette.
The world has been an infinite multi-course platter for me – a delicious meal-journey. I can see no end to that in sight, any time soon.
My channel is an extension of me. In Partho’s Desi Global Kitchen, I’ll cook food from all over my spectrum of experiences, as a tribute to my yummy journey and all the people and places I met.
My Food is going to be tasty, easy, exotic and often titillating.
