Public photography is not a crime. Suspicious activity is not a crime and is not grounds for a detention. You have the right to be secure in your person, home, and possessions. You have the right against unreasonable searches and seizures. You have the right to remain silent at any time. You cannot criminalize any constitutionally protected activity, including but not limited to free speech, public photography, and keeping and bearing firearms. The rights enumerated in the Constitution are not an explicit and exhausted list of individual rights. We have the right to seek redress of greivences from our government.
