We are born to move. Our body loves it when we move.

We can heal our physical and mental wellbeing through movements & mobility.

In my work and content, I want to show my clients, subscribers or viewers easy ways to restore mobility. To bring back movements that are intuitive, functional and aligned with our very own human design.

There is no need to move in big motion. But we need to move in our fullest range. No need to care about repetitions. But we have to have awareness. Appreciate how movement enhances our wellbeing by doing a little at a time. Celebrate each progressive step. It is the incremental improvement that matters.

Think joints first. Move to find space within. Let the muscles connect. Then we reach for more and more length.

Inner strength is built from space and length. It emanates from within, like an expanded connection that keeps us centred inside out.
