Hello, my name is Michael. In 2017 I suffered from a disease that deviated from the rhythm of life I was leading. I searched for endless alternative therapies as I have always believed in healing and energy but my health was not improving.

One day, tired of searching, I decided to take the path to the unknown, I was looking for a change in my life on a very deep level. So deep that I left everything and with my savings, which came for a one-way flight and little else, I went to Bhutan, a country in the foothills of the Himalayas that borders India with China.

There you breathe spirituality, but what really captivated me was the sound of the bowls that the high lamas used in rituals. Because of my knowledge of psychoacoustics, I focused all my attention on them.

Within a few days of being there, I entered a Buddhist monastery in the Paro valley. Interested in bowl meditation and its use to achieve altered states of consciousness.
