Embodied Voyage

Our body is a mirror that reflects the hidden corners of our inner world.

✨ The aches, the tensions, the chronic inflammation, the autoimmune diseases and even the subtlest of sensations are reminders, telling us that something within us longs for attention and healing.✨

✨ Unresolved emotions often take refuge in our bodies. These are the emotions that, over time, we may have buried deep within, attempting to forget or ignore them. ✨

Yet, the body never forgets.

It keeps these emotions safe, tucked away in our muscles, waiting for us to acknowledge their presence, and if we do not allow these emotions to transform it will cause aches and pains and many of the chronic symptoms that we experience.
