Elayne Adamczyk Harrington is a practising artist and art educator engaged in the complexities of institutional critique through her creative practice. With a BA in Fine Art (Sculpture & Expanded Practice with Critical Cultures) and a Professional Masters in Art & Design Education from NCAD (Dublin) and UAP (Poznań), Elayne approaches art education with a commitment to equity and excellence, believing deeply in the transformative and liberatory power of learning and teaching.
As an art teacher & JCSP (Junior Certificate School Programme) coordinator in a DEIS school (Delivering Equality of Education In Schools), she seeks to empower students through critical engagement with their identities and the world around them. Elayne's work embodies a reverence for biblical principles while embracing a radical ethos that challenges norms, fostering an environment where creativity can flourish in dialogue with faith and societal structures.
