Hey, everyone. I hope you all are having a very pleasant start to your Monday.

It has been several days since my last update on the new house project. I can honestly say that by the grace of God Almight, Himself, our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, everything is going smoothly and on time according to the will of God.

Now that the house is fully empty, we currently have the power people out here building us a temporary pole to our home office, a separate building which we are currently staying in, so that we can have full power in it when and after demolition of our home takes place. All of the power pole thing is completed, and they are currently adding the finishing touches before nightfall of the time you are reading this. As I said, by the grace of God, everything is going smoothly. I am very, very grateful for how things are going. My sister  and I were able to stay with one of our aunts for 2 and a half days last thursday, and it was a needed comfort for the time we were there. We came back home and rested even more and will continue to rest as this whole project continues to take place. The fun part, though, is searching for room designs for my sister and I's new bedroom and our own new bathroom! We'll actually have our own bathroom; something we've discussed happening every since I was a tween in the mid 90's and my sister was a toddler. To see it and more finally come to pass truly makes me praise God in such an immeasurable way. We've never lived in a NEW home before. Ever. And the Lord is providing in such a way that I can barely articulate it. The BEST part? This is government provided. We don't have to pay a thing. All we are paying for is the food and amenities we need while this is going on. I'll praise God forever and ever for this provision. My parents are getting up in age, my sister and I having lovingly become biblical representations of Ruth and Esther of the Bible, my late brother Markus, is enjoying himself in glory with Christ, and everything we've been praying for is/has come to pass. Please, keep this in mind...

I am not bragging on myself or my family. Those of you know that is not in my spirit. However, I am bragging on the Lord Jesus Christ and Him only. Don't give me any congratulations on all this. Give it to the Lord. Praise and thank Him for what He's done and doing, alright? All the glory goes to Him. With that said, I feel like I am living in an episode of one of my Sims series. LOL. You all know my favorite color is white. That will be the basis of my new bedroom, bathroom, and eventually my studio that I had built a couple of years ago. Below, I share some pictures I found on Pinterest to kind of give bits and pieces of what I am going for. Gamer themed, of course, but also a place where the Holy Spirit can dwell in as well. Endorphin-relaxation-induced places where I can provide for you all and increase the welcoming presence of Christ Jesus as much as I can and want. Just like the Sims.

I'll be back with my more updates in the coming weeks. Prayerfully, I hope we can be in our new home by the end of September.😊🤍🙏🏽

You see this face? This is a face of someone who no knows the meaning of the words "overworked", "overwhelmed", and "exhausted". With a pimple patch on the side. No filters here. What a truly stressful and weary filled week.

After the previous four weeks of dealing with sciatica back pain that then immediately turned into an outbreak of PAINFUL shingles, only to then be forced out of house with no heads up to prepare before hand, doing what we did or was able to do was nothing short of a miracle. A miracle that could only been ushered in by The One and Only God Almighty Jesus Christ, Himself. Somehow, after everything was said and done, my family sat for the next three days, trying to make our home office a temporary home until our new home is built. A test of faith is an understatement with all of this. But, God. We have now made our home office very comfortable. We have hot water, a way to cook and heat up food, a shower/bathroom, internet, TV. Plus, all gaming entertainment is with me. I mean, everything.

After a hot shower this morning, I am in a much better headspace than I was the last 3 days. A few little boxes to put away, a couple phone calls, and the demolition can happen. Its going to be very strange, I must say. I've never lived in a new house before. I, honestly, don't know what to think or feel. But, for now, I just want to rest.

G'evening, guys!

Its been a busy month and a lot of football! But, tis my job and I'm sorry for bombarding you all with that. You all can ignore those if you aren't into madden. Its all good. With that said, there's a lot going on in real life and in the Sims and I'll share that with you all in a future video. Yep, I'll be doing a video for you all very soon.

In the meantime, I've been playing a lot of The Sims 1, and I wanted to share with you a little snippet of a private play of an elderly couple I made a few days ago. This is Hoke and Daisy from my favorite movie of all time, "Driving Miss Daisy"; all moved in and settled. Unfortunately, the game doesn't recognize them as married...or I forgot to do so. So, they aren't married. Yet. But, its my job to get them married!🤣

Coaches can really coach now!?

Hey, guys! Happy Wednesday to ya! The new Deep Dive Franchise trailer for Madden26 just dropped today and its showcasing brand new features dealing withbthe coaches and team design and function in the game! We can fully customize the coaches in the game and they are AI powered, too?!

That is wild! I don't know fully what all that means, but it could mean that as you play, it'll feel like the coach is unique to you in terms of interaction and more! The new Madden26 Superstar trailer released today and its showcasing basically the in-game storyline of starting off as a budding super star player in high-school and growing into being a superstar in college! You can completely create yourself, design your player personality and stats, and begin your story to becoming a true NFL superstar! Now, that's a first! It's like counting down to the true Olympics this summer, except it's football! LOL!

Guys, I'm starting to feel what my late brother, Markus, felt when a championship of whatever many beloved sports he had was about to premiere--just pure excitement! Granted, I was never able to fully comprehend the football Dynasty, but, darn it, if I didn't get excited sitting there with snacks and a Dr. Pepper! LOL!
