My name is Giorgio and I was born and raised in Palermo, Sicily, which is in south of Italy. I moved into USA around 2015 and now I'm located in Washington State. In this channel I want to show you how easy it is to make authentic Italian dishes that you usually enjoy at your favorite restaurant. It's going to be fun because we are going to use good products that will help us stay healthy and in a "budget".
