i physically can't make myself do anything. to make anything.

i've tried to take breaks, but even then, it feels like i'm just being a waste, and, admittedly, the fear of "falling off" is very real to me.

i should be getting better. and i am, sort of. but regardless, i was in such a bad mindset for such a long time, it's hard to break out of. even if i don't act like it.

why say this? talking about my issues to individual people feels overbearing idk dude
