Thrive Integration is a NFP set up to work with employers, mentors and government agencies to create a safe space for those looking to break the cycle of crime.

Chris Bown spent a 15 year career as a police officer and detective in Western Australia before recognising that something about the criminal legal system just wasn't working. Thrive Integration was formed by Chris to make a difference in the alarming recidivism rate in Australia. The long-term goal at Thrive Integration is mentoring ex-prisoners who are becoming wholesome leaders. These leaders will mentor others within the Thrive community who are likely to re-offend and break the cycle of recidivism.
