Live ASMR VOD!!

After over a year, I was finally able to use my 3Dio for the first time!! I did a stream on Twitch to help familiarize myself with it and its quirks!! I took input from viewers about the triggers, so the VOD has a wide array of things. I personally had a lot of fun with the ear licking/eating!!

I know this kind of ASMR isn't for everyone, and I plan to use the 3Dio for scripted content as well, but I wanted to let those who are interested know that this stream is over 3 hours of bonus Bellua ASMR content!!

Just before I went to sleep last night, I received an incredible gift from my Throne account. I know it might be odd to announce that I got a gift, but with this audio interface, I can finally use my 3Dio and record binaural audios! What does that mean?

It means I'll be able to get really close and whisper in your ears. I imagine plenty of you listen to creators who've used a 3Dio, so maybe I'm explaining what you already know, but I'm just so excited!! I've always wanted to make audios that feel real and intimate, and I hope this will be able to help provide that expirience for you guys!!

And of course, my normal audios aren't going anywhere either!! I won't abandon the voice-acting-focused audio RP content, we're just going to have another type to run alongside it!!

Thank you all for such a warm welcome back and for giving me this chance. I'm going to make the absolute most of it!!

Heyo, it's been a hot second. I know, and I'm so sorry. I forget that not everyone is in the Discord and I should make use of this feature to give updates!! So, I'm going to do that!!

First, yes I am still alive!! I'm still here and still wanting to record and make content!! The issue, and leading into my second thing, is that 10 days after my PC was built, it died in the middle of streaming back in February. Unpog. We did some crowd funding to try and get it taken into a repair place... and then my sister's laptop died.

Now, my PC dying shouldn't have been enough to stop my recording energy right in its tracks, but when my sister's laptop died I loaned her my work laptop in the meantime. Which means I've had nothing to record WITH for months. And it's sucked. A lot. I miss recording. I miss being able to make audios for everyone, it's something I enjoy so much and have such a passion for. I was getting into the swing of things with ASMR streams. There was ideas and collabs I wanted to do but have had to give up on since I had no feasible way to do anything.

And honestly, part of me just didn't want to make an update here. I'm ashamed. It feels like every time I make a community post it's because something bad has happened or has gone wrong. And I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, always spinning my lil sob stories about why I haven't been posting. I just wanna make Mafia Wife audios lmao...

But we should hopefully be getting back to normalcy soon? Maybe? Hopefully? I had a funding goal set to help cover replacing my sister's laptop so I can have mine back, and it's been met!! So, unless something else decides to explode on me, I should be able to replace that soon and can use my work laptop again!!

So, yeah... that's where I've been. I've been watching us creep closer and closer to 40k here without the ability to celebrate with you guys or do anything special about it. Kinda wish I had an audio interface to use my 3Dio, then I really could do something special lmao

The goal has been met, but if you would like to contribute to give us a little wiggle room, it would be greatly appreciated!! However there's no obligation, and I wouldn't blame people for being skeptical about supporting me with how inconsistent my content has been. I hope I'll be able to earn back some of the lost faith I've garnered from my community. When I can record, I will try to be better. I promise.

Personal update: The PC is finally built!!

For those who aren't members of the Discord or following on Twitter, over the past few days, my sister has been determined to finally get my PC up and running!! This has been in the works for well over two years now. We've been collecting pieces even as far back as starting my ASMR channel.



Why is this a big deal? Well, this entire time I've been recording or streaming I've been doing so from a laptop. Most of my early ASMR content was recorded on my personal laptop which is slow, clunky, and at this point, literally held together with Elmer's glue. (No I am not kidding)



I DID get a new laptop back in December of 2023 which I've used to finally get started on streaming and it made rendering my videos for YouTube faster but even with that, my audio releases have been slow.

The reason is pretty simple, I didn't have a permanent recording set up.



Every time I wanted to record something I would have to get out my streaming laptop, get my microphone plugged in, and futz with settings, and then I'd be staring at a recording session for who knows how long. And it felt like every time I did set up my laptop my audio quality would vary wildly between uploads.



I know this all sounds irrelevant whining but for someone who struggles with executive dysfunction as badly as I do all of these additional steps made the entire process feel so drawn out and overwhelming. No matter how badly I wanted to record I'd freeze.



And that's why finally having a permanent workspace feels so special to me!! I finally have something I'm not going to have to put up and take down every time I want to do something. Now, I have something that I can learn and get familiar with and set up properly to achieve consistent sound quality. It runs so much faster than either of my laptops I'm so excited to actually get to use it!!



So I want to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, either by supporting me on Patreon, watching my ASMRs, or hanging out with me on Twitch. It all means so much and quite literally would not have happened without you. Without you, I might still be living in a camping trailer on my dad's front lawn. I'm quite literally a fully crowd-funded vtuber and I wear that with pride.



Having a permanent setup is opening a lot of doors. Expect to see more content, both on the ASMR and vtubing side! I've also dipped my toes into doing live ASMR streams. I still don't have the audio interface needed to use my 3Dio but if you have suggestions for it when I do, what triggers you'd like, what you'd want it used for in YouTube audios, or just anything you want to see me record in general, let me know! I promise I read every comment, I keep the suggestions you make for audio RPs in mind. I want to make what YOU want to see so by all means leave any ideas you have in the comments and I'll try my best!

Upcoming binaural audio content!

This is just a small update to let anyone here who isn't a follower of my Twitter or Twitch know that coming soon I'll be able to create stereo audios!!

Members of our community have graciously funded a Blue Yeti mic, which will allow me to make recordings that go ear-to-ear in a simulation of binaural audio. This means new types of content in the form of whispered GFE sleep aids, unique types of roleplays, and ASMR streams!!

I know Yeti mics aren't able to make true binaural audio, and there's a difference between stereo and binaural recordings, which is why I'm also happy to say that the 3Dio mic is at 85% funded so it's also on the horizon!!

I have a question for those who listen to creators who use Blue Yeti and 3Dio mics: What audios do you enjoy listening to? What are your favorites? The floor is yours to give suggestions on what you guys want to hear from me since it's because of you that this new avenue of content is even possible!!

I've been having some technical difficulties for a while. Some of you might have noticed the audio in my last video sounded off and now it's become even worse. The virtual audio mixers that I use aren't working at all and it's my laptop's fault. Every recording that uses the audio filters I use to make my voice clearer and remove background noise result in a glitchy, stuttering, and completely unusable mess.

I've tried everything I know how today to try and fix my glitching audio problem but I'm fairly certain it's an issue with my laptop itself. And honestly, it's a Dell and not worth the effort to try anything more. So, I'm going to have to get a new laptop, which sucks. That means I'm not going to be able to make any new audio content for a while until I have a functional piece of hardware to work with.



If you'd like to help speed that process up and help me get back to recording faster, I do have a Kofi that anyone can donate to. *Only do so if you have the finances*, I'm well aware that this is the holiday season and plenty of people are already tied up in their spending. It's been a long time since my last update, sorry about that!! I've got some exciting stuff to share with you all this time!

First, I was able to collab with the wonderfully talented ‪@DudeThatsWholesome‬ in an audio as a wolf girl with guest voices from ‪@SkylarKuam‬ and ‪@MamaYunyaa‬! The audio is available for early access on my Patreon and will not be posted publicly on her channel until December of this year! I want to thank her for allowing me to share it with my patrons early and being able to share my voice with these wonderfully talented women. It was a blast!

And later today the channel gets it's introduction to Dragon Queen Yasalla, the Winter's Bane. Patrons knew this character was coming but not when and I'm so sorry to have kept them waiting for her!! I hope she lives up to the anticipation! I had a lot of fun editing the audio and building the atmosphere and ambience for it! ✨
