“Providing Economic Opportunities through Entrepreneurship in Tourism (PEOTET) Project is supported by the Australian Government and The World Bank Group, and implemented by Swisscontact, in the North Eastern Region (NER) of India. The project provides a foundation for enhancing tourism competitiveness and upgrading value chains of popular tourism market segments in the NER, primarily through women and community led enterprises. As part of this project, informational videos and resource materials were developed for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the tourism sector in the NER: 1) Explainer video on financial products, funding organisations and improving 'credit worthiness’, 2) Videos offering suggestions on digital marketing approaches, strategies and free online tools and 3) Informational video on Covid-19 safety and hygiene protocols for accommodation units developed by the Ministry of Tourism.”
