Welcome to Calm & Grounded 🌿

This space was created from my heart to support women through the many seasons of life.

Like many women, I’ve walked through the powerful life transitions of peri-menopause and menopause. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how important it is to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and nurture our inner calm.

My passion is to help others to understand how to live a happy, healthy and positive life — one that embraces simplicity, gratitude, and presence.

I have learnt this through meditation, earthing and focusing on appreciating the small moments that make life meaningful.

Through guided meditations, calming music, and grounding practices, my intention is to remind you that you can take control of your life too.

Life can be messy and tough at times, but this can make us stronger through understanding and a positive mental attitude – tomorrow will be better.

This is a space to breathe, reset, and come home to yourself. 🌿
