I am currently a Truck Driving Family Man who spent many years prior, working in various Professional Kitchens throughout my 20’s and half of my 30’s.

I have gone from being close to 300 lbs, down into the 220’s thanks to the Ketogenic Diet and exercise! My target weight is 190 +/- depending how I look and feel when I get there.

My objective is to share my thoughts and experiences on how I was able to lose that much weight safely, as well the adjustments I continue to make on my weight loss journey. I will be making fitness and nutrition videos, that include "how to" and recipes, helping people achieve the type of results I have.
