MakeAWishOregon
Make-A-Wish® Oregon grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, ages 2 ½ through 17, who live in Oregon and Clark County, Washington. One of 61 Make-A-Wish® chapters throughout the United States, Make-A-Wish Oregon, was the 5th chapter to form in 1983 with Sam's wish to meet Erik Estrada from the television show "CHiPs." More than 2,900 wishes later, the Oregon chapter still strives to grant a magical wish to every medically-eligible child in our territory. In 2013, we granted a record 189 wishes to local kids with the help of hundreds of volunteers and supporters in our communities.
