Vedanti Bhagwat is Kathak Artist, she has been learning Lucknow and Jaipur gharanas of kathak.
Vedanti has received Young Artistes Scholarship by Cultural Ministry for year 2010-12
Vedanti has performed twice at SAARC SUMIT as one delegates to represent India in Bangladesh and Chennai.
She has been learning under Guru Pt. Rajendra Gangani ji and Guru Smt. Rajashree Shirkeji.
Vedanti has performed extensively all over India and also in Thailand and UK.
Vedanti is a post graduate in Clinical psychology as well as in Kathak from two Universities.
She has also learnt tabla ani Hindustani vocal for few years..
She is a Director of Layom Institute of Arts and Media (founded in 2010) in Pune and Baramati (Maharashtra India) and has been working in the field as Teacher, choreographer, performer for more than a decade. She has trained more than 2k students so far.. Since last 11years..
Vedanti has choreographed two Marathi feature films "House thodasa ushir' and "7 Roshan Villa".
