good food（グッドフード）
眠れない夜をサバイブするための、嘘がない音楽。

千葉・柏発のインディーズバンド。2025年春結成。サポートドラムを迎えた4人体制で活動中。

2025年11月に初の配信シングル「夜は寝れない」をリリース。2026年4月には1stアルバム『Lights Out, And Away We Go』を発表し、自主企画ライブを開催した。

オルタナティブロックを軸に、シューゲイザーを想起させる轟音と切実な歌声を鳴らす。眠れない夜、居場所のなさ、不完全な日々。世界とうまく馴染めないまま、それでも前を向こうとする人間の姿を歌う。

誰かを救うための音楽ではない。けれど、行き場のない感情を抱えた人や、夜明けを待つ人の隣で鳴り続けることはできると信じている。

Formed in Kashiwa, Chiba in 2025, good food crafts alternative rock built on shoegaze-tinged noise and restless, fragile vocals.
Their songs move through sleepless nights, a sense of displacement, and the feeling of not quite belonging anywhere — even to oneself.
This is not music that tries to save you. It is music that keeps playing while you figure out how to keep walking.
