I’m a professional choreographer who firmly believes in the power of movement and the value of an active lifestyle.
I was inspired to create this program by my friends and relatives who often said, “I really want to start exercising, but I always fail.” This channel is for anyone who buys a gym membership, goes once with high enthusiasm, and then ends up too sore to return.
MY GOAL is to help you make exercise a daily habit you actually enjoy. It only takes 10 minutes a day, won’t cost you much effort, and provides a ton of benefits in return.
Life Hack: To build an exercise habit, try working out right after you wake up. While your brain is still groggy, you’re less likely to resist stepping out of your comfort zone.
