Hello!
So, as you might have guess, my purpose on YouTube is to bench press everyday!
I am doing so for a few reasons.
1. To track my personal goals. I want to achieve personal goals of 130kg (achieved on day 62), 140kg (achieved on day 150), 150kg, 170kg, then 200kg.
2. To demonstrate what is possible naturally with determination and discipline.
3. To inspire you to follow your passion and dreams with a 'never give up' attitude.
4. To prove that small changes matter.
5. To prove that when you are beat up, losing, and feel like quitting, that it is in fact just your path to success.
6. To experiment with different exercises to see which one best helps improve bench press strength.
7. To test techniques and methods so others can learn what are the best options to improve bench press strength.
8. To test my own limits.
9. To pursue this as a full time job.
