HIITyasa Level 0: (15 min) For those just starting to move! Has it been a minute since you have worked out? Or maybe you are just starting your fitness journey? This level is perfect for beginners! Body weight/light weights and low impact.

HIITyasa Level 1: (20 min) For those with past workout experience/base fitness. Have you have taken a longer break from working out than you intended and your now your brain is telling you to dive back in? Level 1 is for you! Body weight, light/med weights and low/moderate impact + modifications.
