✨ 5 years ago:
💪 No kids.
⏳ Plenty of time and energy.
📉 A rigid low-calorie diet based on bodybuilding rules (eating the same things every day).
🏋️♀️ Workouts:
• 60-80 minutes of weightlifting 5x/week
• 60-120 minutes of cardio 5x/week
✨ This time around:
👶 Postpartum: Recovering from a c-section and a completely different hormonal system.
⏳ Time? Minimal (15-20 min workouts at home, 1-2x/week).
🍔 Food? Flexible (eating what I love, just in the right portions and food groups).
💪 No gym. No hours of cardio.
And guess what? I lost DOUBLE the weight, toned up more, and felt like myself again!

After having my daughter, I looked in the mirror and thought, This is it. I’ll never get my body back.
I was exhausted, juggling my baby, work, and family, with no time for myself. The gym? I was too embarrassed to be surrounded by women who looked amazing. Cardio? I hated it. Diets? I’d tried and failed so many times. I felt stuck and defeated, replaying my husband’s words: "You don’t need to eat for two like people say" and "Exercise during pregnancy is possible if done safely." But none of it mattered—I truly believed there was no way back.
