In almost everything I do, intention, energy and a respect for the Spirit of the Land and the herbal healing found there will be felt. Ayurveda influences many aspects of my life, as does my diverse heritage. So those with an open mind, heart and spirit are most welcome!
I will share the routines of my life, books, walks, and most definitely cooking! I cook with intention and for manifestation and healing... but... I also cook for fun and to embrace the seasons!
Decor and design are also a hobby, as much as funds and limited space allow 😁, but this too is done with intention. We each have our own unique styles! Mine is currently Modern Farmhouse meets neutral Scandinavian Boho 😁
