Jonas Rasmussen (*1992) is the artistic director of Academic Choir of Aarhus, Youth Choir Aarhus U and Ensemble Novum. He also teaches classical choral conducting at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus.
In recent years, he has led his choirs to numerous international awards, including the “World Choral Championships” in Tokyo, “Let the Peoples Sing” in Barcelona, and the “European Choir Games”.
Jonas is frequently invited as a workshop facilitator for courses abroad. On Instagram, Jonas has reached millions of viewers through videos sharing warm-ups and conducting insights – offering accessible and engaging content for choir leaders and singers around the world.
Jonas holds a degree in choral conducting from University of Cambridge and the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
