*New Run Series*

Day 1 of running at least 1 mile a day for 30 days.

This is not something that I just decided to do, this is something I have been trying to get myself to start.

After searching and watching many platforms, there’s just not that much content on the slow pace runner/age group runner out there. I have come across a handful these past few weeks and it’s refreshing to know not everyone runs a 7, 8, 9 or even 12 min mile…who knew🤷‍♀️

Maybe you want to join in on the struggle (run) or you are just curious and want to celebrate little victories with me. If so, I will be posting everyday short videos to document how it going.
