The JVR Africa Group opened its doors in 1993 as a mother-daughter startup. They had a small office space, a telephone, and a single filing cabinet. With passion, a dedication to excellence, and a lot of hard work, the JVR Africa Group grew steadily from a company of two people, to one with offices in Cape Town, Botswana, Johannesburg, and Namibia.
Our Vision is to scale the value of psychology to benefit all people. To enable this vision, we employ psychology experts who specialise in identifying and developing world-class yet locally validated assessments, and can apply such assessments pragmatically when identifying talent and developing people, teams, and organisations.
We also employ technology experts who develop platforms and ways to scale our psychological services. OneJVR is the first step in this direction, and we’re excited to continue growing and developing this platform according to our clients’ needs.
